Jeevanrekha Ayurved, a seasoned healthcare and research organization with 26 years of expertise, specializes in addressing conditions such as Obesity, PCOS, Arthritis, Heart care, and cosmetics management. Their tailored products are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual, customized based on their specific pathology and overseen by our team of expert doctors.

Problem Statement

The current website and fail to effectively serve and engage the primary target audience, predominantly senior citizens seeking personalized healthcare solutions, due to:

Complex Navigation: Difficulties in finding and accessing essential health information.

These changes aim to create a more intuitive, accessible, and user-centric digital platform that meets the diverse needs of our target audience effectively.

My Role

As a visual designer, I lead the redesign of the Jeevanrekha Ayurved website and app. My job involves planning, researching, and creating the designs. I focus on making sure the interfaces are easy to use and meet what users need. I work closely with developers, the project manager, and the founder to ensure the designs are usable, accessible, and engaging. Regular testing is crucial to refine the designs, and present updated prototypes weekly to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Tools Used

Research

To improve the healthcare website design, we conducted thorough research focused on understanding user needs and challenges. We interviewed senior citizens and other users, and consulted with clients to gather insights. This research revealed that the interface was complicated, making it difficult for users to navigate and find essential information. Booking appointments was particularly challenging due to a complex system and unclear instructions. Additionally, the font style and size were not user-friendly, leading to readability issues.
