Project Overview
To design a new website for Georgia-Pacific based on their older version, refreshing the overall look and feel for the GP Pro e-commerce platform. I led this project on the UI front, collaborating with the UX team to build better strategies and introduce new features for an improved user experience. We also worked on Vanity Fair and Brawny, which are sub-brands of Georgia-Pacific, ensuring design consistency and a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.​

Main Design Objectives
We focused on making the website easy to use and visually appealing. The main goals were to help users clearly buy products from different categories, organize information neatly, and make navigation and search simple. We ensured all details were clear for better decision-making, kept the design aligned with the brand, and made it work smoothly on all devices. User feedback was used throughout to improve the overall experience.

The chatbot provides 24/7 support to assist users anytime. It helps users find products through search and recommendations, tracks orders, and can hand off to a human via live chat when needed. Using natural language processing, the chatbot offers interactive guidance, answers FAQs, collects feedback, supports multiple languages, and delivers personalized responses and suggestions.
